Are you sitting down? Good... cause I've finally updated!
New dolls, new look, and a new, slightly shorter link! The dolls I've actually had done for a while now, so any of you that visit 300PS(forum) will already have seen them. This new layout is quite an achievement for me... considering that it was made by playing with HTML coding in Notepad rather than dragging & dropping images in the SiteBuilder! Woohoo! Truth be told, I still only have a basic grasp of HTML coding and wouldn't have gotten this far without the basic framework from Free Layouts (link) and tips from Lissa Explains(link). I hope you enjoy your visit, and please let me know either through the forum or my guestbook if you find any broken links.

If you have me linked on your site, you can update that link to: http://chiasdollz.homestead.com/

(Later the same day...) I've just added 2 more dolls. One I had started a long while back when I wanted to experiment with black hair. The other is a recolor of a maroon-dressed fairy I did many months ago... I just decided to use her to experiment on for Xandorra's shiny dress tutorial and I just love the results you can get with her tips!! If you haven't seen that tut yet, go check it out (link on links page).

See... I warned you all I wasn't a frequent updater. Actually, sometimes I update a few little things and don't get around to announcing them. I did manage to get the Shakespeare Theme page finished on the last day of June. Be sure to check out the amazing dolls there (check under Adoptions)! There's a Fairytale & Fantasy theme going on at the forum now. It's runs until the end of July so there's still a bit more time if you'd like to join us (visit the Forum).
I also have 3 new dolls added as well! The first is a cute blonde all decked out in 80's garb. She was quite a trip down memory lane to do. *lol* The second doll is a Kokoro that I created for an Artistic Vision contest (link is with the doll). The third is a quiet beauty with lovely hair. I was actually just playing around with hair techniques and eventually had so much hair draped over her that there was no need for clothes. I think she's quite pretty though. Enjoy!
Lately I've been having a very hard time getting Homestead's Sitebuilder to work without crashing my computer. I'm trying to see what I can do to get that fixed ASAP but in the meantime, that's my main excuse for infrequent updates.

The real big news today is that I have some entirely new bases called "Kokoro" to share with you! They're created by a gal named Siosaba, who is a friend of a friend (Caro). She has been very kind in allowing me to host her bases so that everyone else can try them out too. Check out the Bases page for those and you can see my first Kokoro on the Dolls page.
Also on the Dolls page you'll find a gorgeous elf on one of Pixel Punks' bases. *I love this elf!*
Right now at the Forum we're having a month long Shakespeare theme! We've seen some great dolls so far and you're welcome to stop by and participate. Sometime in the next week or so I will be putting up a new Adoptions page to showcase all these great Shakespearian dolls!
I have some new Adopted dolls from Nothing Much and I have also added that site to the links page. I also have to confess that due to the silly ways of the Homestead Site Builder, I inadvertantly had set my pages up with a seperate Guestbook on each. (DUH to me!!!) I ended up with 1 entry in one book and 2 entries in another, so I've combined those and fixed the Guestbook links on every page so they all point to the same spot. Hopefully I won't do anything that silly again. So now that it's in working order, please take a moment to sign the guestbook to let me know if you've enjoyed your visit. If you decide to adopt a doll or link me, please leave a link to your site so that I can drop by!
~That's all for now!

Grand opening day!!
Well I've got my adopted page going, a small collection of links started, and got my rules written out! Hope I didn't forget anything. The adoptions took me a lot longer than I expected because I got so caught up in doll surfing! lol I'm sure I could add many many more sites but I didn't want to go overboard. I need to increase the number of my own dolls here too. Speaking of that... I've added a blonde xeni, a pretty girl who looks like she's either getting ready to swing from a rope of ring a bell, and a pikat that I made as a gift for Leslie. You can find those on the Dolls page along with their base credits.
Oh, I also found a cute counter that matches my background pretty well. Neat eh? Later!

Right now I'm just working on getting all the pages set up. All I have left to do are Adoptions, Links, & the Terms. Then I'll try to finish my half-done base & a few dolls to add later.
